The bishop of Burgos has won a court ruling requiring nine former clarissan nuns to leave their convent in Belorado, Spain, due to their break with the Vatican and affiliation with a self-proclaimed bishop considered a heretical sect leader. The nuns are appealing the decision, claiming ownership of the convent, while five older nuns loyal to the Vatican wish to remain at the site.
