Chinese JD.com in overnamegesprek met moederbedrijf van MediaMarkt
Ceconomy, the German parent company of electronics chains MediaMarkt and Saturn, is in advanced discussions for a €2.2 billion acquisition by Chinese online retailer JD.com. MediaMarkt operates over fifty stores in the Netherlands and has over a thousand locations across Europe.
