The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens has instructed the Belastingdienst to immediately cease using two systems that violate privacy laws, specifically the 'Klant Toezicht Model' and 'Informatiesjabloon', while four other systems require modifications. The Belastingdienst must submit a replacement plan by mid-October and has temporarily restricted access to the problematic systems for thousands of employees.
