Boskalis en HAL nemen Nederlandse tak bouwconcern VolkerWessels over
Investeerder HAL and maritime contractor Boskalis have agreed to acquire the Dutch operations of the construction company VolkerWessels, which includes construction, infrastructure, and real estate activities, while VolkerWessels retains its British, American, and German divisions. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of October, pending approval from regulators and company councils.
